School of Archaeology & Anthropology and the Australian National Centre for Latin American Studies presents:

Inka Studies: 100 years since the discovery of Machu Picchu Conference

Copland Building, ANU

An international symposium that will feature the latest research from Peru. Invited speakers from Australia and Peru will present their research in a celebration of the century that has passed since the discovery of the famed Inca city of Machu Picchu.

I’m sure most of us 30 somethings out there can attribute of knowledge of the Conquistadors and Inca and Mayan culture to the Cities of Gold series.
