ACT Policing’s Criminal Investigations Clandestine Laboratory Team executed a drugs of dependence search warrant, with the support of ACT Fire and Rescue, on a residence in Isaacs earlier today (Friday, 25 October).

Police executed the warrant on the residence around 11.00am and seized a number of items not related to the production of drugs.

Those items will be submitted for forensic analysis with charges to be considered depending on results.

ACT Policing is currently running a three-month campaign targeting illicit drugs in the community. Police urge anyone with information on the manufacturing or dealing of illicit drugs to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via act.crimestoppers.com.au. Rewards of up to $1000 may apply, reports can be provided anonymously.

I have a house full of items not related to the production of drugs. Should I be worried?

I would. I’m going to get rid of everything in my house not related to the production of drugs.

That should say anything, not annoying. Auto correct…

Nobody will be at all surprised by my dimness I’m sure, but when I read the “clan labs” bit I honestly thought that this was something to do with some Scottish hoods doing a blagging of some kind.

I guess I need to brush up on my urban cop slang. 🙂

Clan labs…guilty of manufacturing almost edible haggis.

That should say anything, not annoying. Auto correct…

If those items are illegal, then yes. Annoying you want to admit to?
