It is a beautiful day and there are thousands of grinning people squinting in the bright sunlight listening to some amazing music and soaking up the festival vibe.

If you are not here you really should change that.

I’m gonna head over and check out the George Ellis Centennial Ensable who start in 5 minutes. I’ll see you there.

I only went to a couple of things over the weekend–Enlighten on Saturday night and the Regatta Point gig then fireworks tonight–but I have to say Canberra really rocked!

The atmosphere was great. There were heaps of people out and about, but it was never too crowded and the mood was one of happiness and good times wherever you looked.

I think the promotion of some the events maybe could have been better, and more food vans at the various venues would have made for shorter queues, but overall a massive pat on the back to Robyn Archer and her mates.
