In addition we received an on the spot commitment from his Deputy Chief Executive David Dawes to return to our February meeting with LDA and ACTPLA reps to workshop the planning around the entire Gungahlin town centre, which we’ve been saying is something direly needed if we are to preserve some land from the never-ending sprawl of townhouses so some actual jobs can be created and reduce the need to commute out.
