Judge me on the website hits!

The Liberals’ Zed Seselja is again asking good questions this time about Katy Gallagher’s mortgage relief fund, which one solitary lucky punter has availed themselves of:

“There is no doubt housing stress has increased in the ACT, yet the Treasurer, Ms Gallagher, claims the mortgage relief fund was a success despite only one person taking up the policy,” said Zed.

The ACT is one of the most unaffordable housing markets in Australia with some of the highest median house prices and rents.

“This was a policy that the community was told would help Canberra families who were struggling to pay their mortgage. What is astounding is that Katy Gallagher says this policy should not be judged solely on outcomes – how many people accessed the scheme, but rather how many people accessed the website,” Zed said.

Oh, good ol Zed…

I remember last time he was running for CM, along with all his policy’s and promises for his fellow Croatian compatriots situated in the Gunghalin area… He seemed to have forgotten that Canberra extends beyond his beloved lil Croatia!!!

I have little respect, nor faith in the man as a future Chief Minister!!

Does this mean that Zed will be working really hard to reduce median house prices if he gets into government?

This was pretty much the outcome I predicted in the original thread about the scheme.

Our dear Katy is looking an increasingly frazzled blonde lately.

By that logic, Katy just didn’t come close to “www.hotblondes.com”.

The content must have been pretty dismal if it only “sold” one access to the scheme on offer. It would be interesting to know how many people accessed the website to determine what the Governments conversion rate actually was.

The story was front page of the Sunday Times on the weekend, and given the Libs won’t quoted in it I assume they didn’t break it, so don’t think zed can take the credit for this one. Credit where credit is due.
