Most weeks the Summary of Cabinet Outcomes contains such dross as:
The Expenditure Review Committee and Budget Committee of Cabinet were convened. Treasury officials joined with Ministers to discuss matters of economic and fiscal significance.
Sometimes it hints that decisions have been made, but without hinting as to what those decisions may be.
And yet today hiding at the very bottom is a genuine announcement:

Cabinet agreed to endorse the appointment of the Hon Justice Michael Wigney as an additional part-time judge to the ACT Supreme Court.
