Katy Gallagher has pushed out one of the most badly written media releases I’ve seen in a long time about “the new Centre for Research and Action in Public Health (CeRAPH) at the University of Canberra.”

“The Centre for Research and Action in Public Health will increase capacity to tackle some of the most important public health challenges facing modern Australians.”

“We have a close and productive relationship with ACT Health and I thank them for their support in this important initiative,” the Vice-Chancellor said.

We’re shelling out $200,000 a year for two years to the University of Canberra to pay for it.

Once again, they let the work experience kid do the media release. But surely someone else reads them before they send them out. Someone ….?

Wow, I didn’t know it was possible to squeeze so many variants of ‘health’ into one sentence.

That is one piece of terrible political spin. Live and learn my friends.

Win News also got it wrong tonight.

what’s a “healthy public policy”? or conversely, what is an unhealthy one?
