NSW Police have the humorous news that the Rebels’ hogs are so underpowered they’re learner legal:

Three members of the Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang have had their licences suspended and a fourth received an infringement notice for speeding offences at Goulburn.

About 5.45pm yesterday (Thursday 22 November 2012), police from Goulburn Highway Patrol were performing stationary speed enforcement on the Federal Highway at Yarra, when they detected four motorcycles riding at high speeds.

Police stopped the four men a short time later on the Hume Highway.

Three of the men, aged 25, 21 and 19, were issued penalty notices for exceed speed limit – over 45km/h for travelling at 131km/h in a 110km/h zone. The three riders held an ACT Learners licence which restricts their speed to 80km/h on the Federal and Hume Highway.

Police seized the 21-year-olds motorcycle

The fourth man, aged 50, was issued with a penalty notice for exceed speed limit – over 10km/h.

All four men are from the ACT.

What did people do to look stupid before Harley Davidsons were invented?

Time travel back to 1903 and tell us what you find.

Dare ya to say that to them personally!

They are not the tough guys you seem to think they are.

Never said they were, however my dare still stands

I’d say it to anybody acting like a penis.

Yep, pretty much all Hardley Davidson’s are learner legal in the ACT. It’s all to do with power to weight ratio, and the HDs don’t have much power.

There’s a list of approved learner motorcycles on the ACT government website, can’t find the link at the moment, but have the list in front of me that I downloaded a few weeks ago.

Yes but they have a bucketload of torque.

Like a 4WD? or a Tractor? or maybe a tug boat?

They are a draft horse.

1 horse power?
