heading out

Real Estate agent Andrew Chamberlain (the current REIACT salesperson of the year) has qualified for the upcoming solo 24 hour mountain bike world championships at Mt Stromlo on 9-10th October.

His wife Belinda thought that if he is going to spend all day and night riding his bike he might as well raise some money in the process. She currently has sponsorships of over $700 per lap (he is expected to do around 15 laps) ranging from $1 per lap to $75. All proceeds go to the Starlight Children’s foundation. Belinda says she is thrilled with the support for the cause so far.

We think it’s a great idea and we are getting on board! We have sponsored Andrew’s ride and encourage anyone that likes the idea of seeing a real estate agent in pain to do the same.

ummmm….. Mr Chamberlain is a touch confused. That may be a mountain bike he’s holding but that ain’t mountain he’s riding down; that is a set of stairs.

It’s good to see people giving back in innovative ways , even nicer when its a real estate agent.
