The Chief Minister has brought the vital news that the “Groovin’ in Garema” program has been repackaged to the even more imaginative “Groovin’ in the City”:

Each weekday, workers and shoppers will be able to see a different performance in a different location

You mean I’ll be able to get my lunchtime live music dose in fabled Petrie Plaza instead of Garema Place?? Such limitless opportunities!

The days will now have themes which, as luck would have it, alliterate! So now you’ll be able to rest easy as you choose from:

    — Moochin Monday: Jazz and Blues, Hobart Place
    — Tappin’ Tuesday: Electric moves of Dance, Petrie Plaza
    — Worldly Wednesday: Music of the wide world, Ainslie Place
    — Theatrical Thursday: Engaging street theatre, City Walk
    — Funky Friday: Popular catchy performances, Garema Place

Would you like some bread with your circus?

UPDATE: If we were to take up this naming for our weekdays what would we call Saturday and Sunday?

Shades of The Hollowmen. Only in this case, they probably paid some PR/public events company loadsamoney and got video presentations in their boardroom with thumping bass and hair-gelled salespersons.
