Well, another year of the Lights! Canberra! Action! short film competition over and done with. The screening of the Top 12 films in Garema Place on Friday night went really well.

After winning the prize for Best Film last year, I unfortunately went home empty handed this year, although my film did make it to the Top 12 (out 0f 42 entered films). Christian Doran’s short “Broken” blitzed the awards this year, taking home five trophies, including Best Film.

Entry is Free, 15+, Under 15s with an Adult

“Just in case you missed the festival screening or if you want to see the films again,
we’ve organised an Encore Screening of the Top Twelve Films.”

(NB: The Visions Theatre is largish but it does have a seating capacity limit (? ~200), so to be sure… be early. Enjoy.)
