Little Johnny [Howard] knows economic theory

Our good friends at smh.com.au, have been going burzerk at the Sale of Centenary house, which is of course owned by the ALP. Read about it here.

There are a number of issues at hand here, naturally the first ine is the fact that ALP made $7 million in profit, after numerous inquiries into the dealings that went on as far as rental agreements were concerned, not only with themsleves (a 25 year lease, at ridiculously low rent)and that of the ANAO who are charged far more than what any sane individual would pay (ironically, they have a substantail input into finding the comparable national average. Not to mention the fact that they should have an idea).

But my favourite is little johnnies quote about his understanding of economics. Simply Brilliant;

“If you have an asset that’s earning rent, one of the things that determines the price you get for the asset is the rental return.”

So therefore, if we have a large surplus of spending b y the Government. Why are we paying America to F88k us all over so hard? At least, it could be a comparable (not too mention a traditonal) exchange for this service, such as say… Indonesia?

Or…

Once again Johnboy had the chance to be quiet, and completely stuffed it up.

Does “restricted brothel run by monkeys” sound like a blatant attempt to become the logline to anyone else?

No Ssanta got a second s, becuase ritoact turned into a restricted brothel run by monkeys!, and his old password didnt work so i built a new one

Darn right, that makes no sense at all. And when did you gain the second S? Has Santa joined the National Socialist?

No I am afraid I cant. the crack has worn off.

Can you explain the crack smokery of the last paragraph in your post please, cause where I’m sitting right now it’s non-sequiter.
