Lock up tight, CRK is back on the streets

The Canberra Times has the unhappy news that the man known as “Clea Rose’s Killer” due to his very early debut into crime and public notoriety is back on the streets.

Acting Justice Bernard Teague has seen fit to unleash the menace back upon the community by granting bail.

Anyone want to run a book on when the next police media release will mention him?

So when does Acting Justice Teague stoping acting as a Justice, and actually start being serious about the role?

Fat lot of good his granting bail to CRK did. In court again yesterday for burglary, car theft, being pursued by police and crashing into a car during this pursuit.

There is a time where the normal law abiding community should cut its losses with people like this and just lock them away for good – at least it stops them committing more crimes.

So when does Acting Justice Teague stoping acting as a Justice, and actually start being serious about the role?

That’s good Tooks.

It’s just a pity this right to know isn’t recognised by the ACT’s hopelessly inept, criminal-favoring legal system.

You know who he is, right Gillespie? There’s lots of information in this thread alone.

We have a right to know who this little mongrel is.

1. He killed Clea Rose
2. He is not sorry
3. He knew what he was doing.

AND THAT IS THAT.

We know who he is.

My mistake. I thought the court case in the last few months was about someone breaching suppression orders.

54-11 “Where%u2019s Mully when we need him?”

Sure maybe he could have wiped out your family, then we could all make fun of how you deserved it. How funny would that be. You being dead. Your family being dead. Dead people all over the road. It needs immortalizing.

Skid, what ccase are you talking about? It is a Government link so no harm in pointing it out right? Or just give us a date when it was handed dowm.

10 minutes of trawling the courts web site and I got nothing.

Supreme Court list for that day is on following link:
http://www.courts.act.gov.au/supreme/courtLists/frameDaily.asp?htmFile=/supreme/courtLists/daily/20101104.htm&textonly=no

Happy reading!

Have a think about who the article names as presiding, check the appropriate date – it just takes a little thinking and the dots can be joined quite easily.

Who put the extra ‘N’ in Snuck?

What are the odds he was spraying ‘Mully RIP’?

Timing would be about right. I wonder if that offender is Snuck?

I say Monday… first thing… having had a HUGE weekend…

this is not related to the particular offender in question, but having looked at the ACT supreme court page, I have even more sympathy for the police.

“Then, on 12 March 2010 the offender, holding an open can of Woodstock bourbon and cola in his left hand and a spray paint can in his right hand, and a companion were found by police marking the walls of the foyer of a toilet at the Woden bus interchange in Bradley Street, Phillip, in the ACT, with spray paint. Police ordered the offender and his companion to sit on the ground. Although his companion sat on the ground, the offender failed to sit on the ground and he threw the spray paint can onto the ground and he argued with police who, after removing the Woodstock can from his left hand, forced him into a sitting position on the ground.”

What are the odds he was spraying ‘Mully RIP’?

Check the Court Sentencing archives for the last few months,

The ACT Supreme Court has a web page that allows you to see the court list for each day, including whom the matter was heard by.

It’s quite handy for all sorts of things, really.

The thing which really annoys me is the following…

Ms Walker refused to release him as he posed a risk of reoffending.

Two weeks later he applied for bail in the Supreme Court but acting Justice John Nield refused his request.

Yesterday, acting Justice Bernard Teague granted bail to the young man who represented himself in the hearing. He is due back in court later this month.

It’s like he simply went “judge shopping” until he found a judge that would give him what he wanted…

Yes, provided you don’t want to hold any high level positions in the public service, there really is no punishment for crimes in the ACT.

Ok Skid – lead the way. Name and Shame!

You get put in this odd bind of knowing the name, and being unable to convey the link in writing when it is relevant, without being hit by massive fines.
Check the Court Sentencing archives for the last few months, or start investigating on your own.
(Personally, I prefer owning my car instead of spending cash on legal defence bills)

This is why I only access RiotAct through a proxy in Liberia.

ATTENTION MEDIA PEOPLE:

STOP MENTIONING HIM BY THE MONKER CLEA ROSE’S KILLER.
THIS GRANTS HIM AN AEGIS OF LEGAL PROTECTION SINCE HE WAS A MINOR AT THE TIME.

Start calling him by his real name, but do not mention his childhood crimes.
He clearly wants a criminal reputation independent of being CRK, and you’re not letting him live out his dream.

Let him see how real life works.

So I guess the rabid calls on the RiotAct for the death penalty to be reinstated for this young man went unheeded.
