Residents of Eden-Monaro have scored another wheelbarrow of cash with the government pledging $11 million for the road from Tumut to Gundagai.

In other Eden-Monaro news, sitting member Gary Nairn and Labor hopeful Mike Kelly are set to debate each other on YouTube this Sunday.

I’d love to live in a marginal seat, but that means I’d have to either move to Queanbeyan or vote liberal. Yuck!

The road isn’t bad, I just want a more direct route to work 🙂

I have lived in safe seats and marginal – and marginal is by far more fun. The ACT votes itself out of relevence by being a safe seat Territory.

that road isn’t (well, wasn’t) all that bad, i didn’t think (all things considered – it’s a random country road). for most weekends in winter for a number of years i traveled back and forth along that road, and needless to say i’m not dead.

but really, fancy voting labor. (or worse, greens!) yuck!

yeah, </troll>

If they’re throwing money my way then perhaps they put a road that joins johnson drv to burra road and by pass old cooma road completely.

Yes, it would be nice to get all that electoral attention!
