ACT Policing is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 72-year-old woman, who was reported missing last night (Thursday, June 16).
The missing woman was last seen by family members around 7.30pm at her home in Hawker, before she left in her vehicle.
She is described as 5’7” tall (170cm), with a medium build, fair complexion and dark brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black ¾ length raincoat and a red or black coloured hat or scarf around her head.
Police believe she may be driving in her vehicle, a 2005 model green Citroen Xsara, with ACT registration YDS 85P.
Anyone who may have seen a woman matching the above description, or the green Citroen Xsara, is urged to contact ACT Policing Operations immediately on 131 444.
