… was about to say that the Hudson and the Wirraway prolly come from Temora. The flying days out there are good fun, especially when the jets and/or the Spitfire(s) go around.

The big black beastie is indeed a Consolidated PBY-5 Catalina, restored and operated by the Historical Aircraft Restoration society (HARS).
The other twin engined aircraft is a Hudson, from the collection of the Temora Aviation Museum.
Number 3 is a CAC CA-16 Wirraway, also from the Temora Aviation Museum.

If you want to see more of them, get thee to a flying day at the Temora Aviation Museum. You won’t be disapointed.

I hope I don’t look like too much of a nerd……

Definitely a Catalina with the huge wing, a Lockheed Hudson with the twin-tail and my guess is a Wirraway for the smallest aircraft.
Cheers JB for posting about the event, I’d have missed it otherwise.
