More trouble in Chisholm??

From what I over heard at the Tuggeranong Hyperdome today, apparently a group of people abducted a someone from Chisholm High, but it was as a joke. Also (apparently) 10 Police Officers went to this persons house yesterday afternoon & questioned the residents of the property.

Would have been a fun day to wag school.

MWF, or nowdays when there is abuse, the abuser isn’t called to ‘confirm’ the abuse.

Yeah. We should just go back to the 70’s when if a kid told an adult about being abused they were ignored. NOT.

At least kids these days are allowed to have a voice and allowed to tell when and if they have been abused.

Apparently it was all a misunderstanding. No one was kidnapped. Sometimes I think we trust the kids word too much these days. Kids are well known at all ages of talking up a story and lying.

Wonder if this is why there were heaps of police cars pulled over at various point along the T-parkway. They were pulling over some cars too, but they didn’t have breath testing or speed guns, they just pulled over some vehicles and looked them over inside around 2pm today.

A white van was allegedly outside of the high school, which triggered the lock down.

Allegedly a student went ‘missing’ during this lockdown – at CCHS – and the police and her mother located her.

This is bizarre, like OzChick said, there’s been so many of these… attempted and otherwise. When I was a kid, we were all warned about Strange Men and told if one asked us questions, not to get to close to their car and to run screaming if they tried to grab us, but I never heard of anyone experiencing such an event. I wonder what the hell is going on?

This is too scary. There are so many of these lately. I hope that the girl is safe and ok.
