Mort Street reopens after police investigate suspicious package

ACT Policing has reopened Mort Street in Braddon after police deemed a package found in a government building as unsuspicious.

On Thursday morning (5 September), police blocked off Mort Street between Elouera and Girrahween Street in Braddon after reports a suspicious package was delivered to 44 Mort Street, a Department of Agriculture building.

Hazmat crews investigated the package and it was deemed unsuspicious.
