Police call for witnesses after two-vehicle crash this morning

A motorcyclist is in a critical condition after a two-vehicle crash this morning (24 April).

Around 7:50 am, emergency services were called to the intersection of Barry Drive and Boldrewood Street in Turner after reports of an accident.

Upon arrival, police saw a motorcycle and a maroon Isuzu dual cab utility towing an enclosed box trailer had collided.

ACT Ambulance Service paramedics treated the motorcyclist at the scene before transporting them to hospital in a critical condition.

ACT Policing’s Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team (CIRT) are looking into the circumstances of the incident.

Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone who has dash-cam footage of the corner of Barry Drive and Boldrewood Street between 7.45am and 8.00am this morning.
