NBN, internal home enclosures in Canberra?

NBN has come to my street and I am looking to wall mount behind the family PC in a central main living area rather than in the garage or a cupboard.

Does anyone have any recommendations on an NBN specific enclosures (or something to keep it all neat in a public space)?

I had a look at a Clipsal unit yesterday at a local electrical wholesaler – 700 x 400 x 150 deep. There is a lot of kit….

Looks like installing it in the garage and running a wifi repeater to the back half of the house is the way to go.

I’d be reconsidering, it’s a pretty bulky unit.

Why the need to install it behind your computer? Why not install it in a cupboard and run off wifi or run a cable?
