SYMONSTON – The grand opening of the new Canberra Eye Hospital today has forced the closure of the coffee shop in the foyer of said hospital from 11am (due to catering duties I believe). This means I can’t pop across the road at lunchtime to get my new favourite food – their ham cheese tomato and lettuce toasted focaccias.

Rumour has it that our brave leader is involved in this scandalous outrage. Try the focaccias while you’re there, John, they’re fantastic.

Are you sure, being a blood brother based on my primary school years makes you:
1. Live in a world where EVERYTHING is pink (Sam Land, Year 1)
2. A Dog (Dog Land, Year 2)
3. A Rabbit (Rabbit Land, Year 3)
4. The head of some multinational TV/Radio empire (Year 4/5).

This makes me sound somewhat…well, nuts…it’s just a good imagination.

A rabbit huh? Maybe this blood brothers thing wasn’t such a good idea, let’s just be friends…

Toasted lettuce ain’t that bad, when I was in primary school and went through a phase of being a rabbit, I had somebody barbecue some grass…tastes better cooked than raw. I also remember eating rabbit pellets and getting my whole body in a rabbit hutch, much to the teacher’s annoyance.

wonsworld> Yes. It gets toasted whilst inside the rest of the sandwich. The rest of the sandwich gets unavoidably toasted during this process also.

Sam, sorry to open up old wounds. We are now blood brothers.

toasted lettuce??

I know how you feel. City Supabarn used to have a baker who made the best Ham & Cheese Pasties, and a nice asian lady who looked after the bakery at lunch time and always had one waiting for me…then he left, and then she left, and I couldn’t have my Ham & Cheese Pasties any more…blast, I’m upset about it again now…..anyways, I know how you feel.
