Andrew Barr yesterday opened Dialogue, a serviced office/meeting/conference space located at 4 National Circuit which is apparently quite fancy.

Featuring cutting-edge technical equipment, a wide range of meeting spaces and a large video conference facility, The Dialogue business centre will provide a much-needed meeting space to building tenants, government agencies and the private sector, and sets a new benchmark for business facilities in the region.

The quality and diversity of work spaces provided at Dialogue reflects the increasingly entrepreneurial and creative direction of our city – and it is sure to become a go-to facility for the growing number of local dynamic businesses which use serviced offices.

$384 / day ex GST is still pretty steep. I can get a site in a serviced office (single office) for $600 a month, full facilities including internet access, boardrooms and videoconferencing, close to shops and other amenities. why would I pay more for less?

I think you’ll find that if you only want an office for a day at other locations you might be paying a similar price or be slugged with every single add on you think of using. I know at dialouge business centre its an all inclusive price. Worth asking if there is a multi day rate for longer bookings.

Sure do the cost of hiring an office space.

But have you done a price compare with other existing service providers ?

🙂

My 2 cents.

How much do you think it costs for a nomal office building?

Its not too bad a price considering its for ‘temporary’ faciltiies… plus they also need to make a profit to make it viable..

Sounds interesting but no website seems to be available. How is it going to attract business if it does not come up in a search on the interwebs?
