They’d also want to upgrade the air transit services to at least an A.C.T level, as driving back to Canberra for meetings and such would be a less popular mode of transport. Why send CSIRO and AQIS all the way up there, where it’s as far as you can get from our import/export terminals and costs of moving equipment and supplies would be much greater than presently? I just don’t understand some ideas.
