Not enough evidence to charge Leanne Madden, Neil Kelly and Ian Kelly with the murder of Susan Winburn

The ABC reports that the persons of interest in the murder of Susan Winburn (Leanne Madden, Neil Kelly and Ian Kelly) can’t be charged with her murder, after a lengthy coronial inquest, for lack of evidence.

This is particularly chilling because whomever did kill Susan Winburn dumped her body in the bathtub to destroy the sort of evidence now needed to secure a conviction.

I gather one of the Kellys is doing time right now.
Are there any images of the persons of interest in the public domain?
The only image I can find is one of the victim.

My heartfelt apologies to the Kelly Brothers.

Thanks Johnboy
Oh – wow. that’s pretty big circumstantial evidence.

They’ve been convicted of committing the burglary on the day of the killing.

does anyone know what evidence they did have to name these persons initially. Were they charged with burglary? Apologies if this has been posted elsewhere
