ACT driver pulled over in NSW this afternoon, has been unlicensed for 21 years, they said they never renewed the license when it expired.

Just imagine the ramifications if they had an accident etc, irresponsibility +

A worthy feat to be sure. Licenced drivers are a bit blasé about driving because they know there will be no serious ramifications for them if they stuff up.

I wonder if it was at the big cop-o-rama the quangers plod had set up? They were at the top of the new bit of road heading out of qbn to the coast, they had a big bus-thing, tables, heaps of flashy NSW cop cars and all their lights going. They were there for at least 4 hours, not sure what they were up to. Didn’t see any Nescafe and kit-kats. As they were packing up though, there were a few cars of concerned lookign citizens parked nearby. The day’s catch?

Plenty of licenced idiots on the road……

Imagine that would be referring to the 50 something guy in the old white Landcruiser troop carrier who drives down Athlon Dr most mornings around 8 am I presume?

I heard a story the other day (presumably true) about a fellow who is legally blind and yet continues to drive regularly. Scary!

I think you’ve got the wrong website. This is RiotACT, not Twitter.

What’s your point? I’m sure there are many other drivers out there in the same circumstances and I would assume there would be many more NSW drivers driving without a licence than there is in the ACT.
