Looking at that photograph, all thats missing is a hoodie and he’d fit right into tuggeranong at midnight.

I think Omar is more looking like he is creeping out of the Royal in Queanbeyan at 6am and is about to check to see if Kingsleys is open yet.

How so? It can’t really be the clothes.

The shaved head, the leather jacket, the way the photograph shows him coming out of the shadows.. so no, not the clothes, the whole photograph, as I said if you read the first 4 words of my first comment.

Anyway, this guy’s really good. It’s excellent to see Australian hip-hop being kept strong with thoughtful artists. With Koolism and now him, it seems Queanbeyan’s doing pretty well hip-hop wise for such a small town. I might actually be proud of having lived around there for a good portion of my youth one day!

I used to work with Omar. Great guy. His music is really good, and only getting better. Although he’s from Queanbeyan, but we all can’t be perfect 🙂

This is a great local album. ***** Its pretty fat eh.

I’ve been following this guy for ages now ( well, for 2 weeks since I heard him on Triple J)and downloaded the album earlier today. If you like what the kidz are listening to these days then this album is brilliant. Big Props to the 2620 brother.
