Parking
Are there any other capital cities in Australia that offer such convenient parking to the city’s best tourist spots?

Kite surfing
It was bloody windy walking around the lake on Sunday afternoon, so it was no surprise to see this guy kite surfing. Well, actually it was. Why don’t we see more people doing this on our lake? Sail boarding, too?

I would have thought I was well qualified to tell lemon from lime.

At 9:11pm on ABC 1, Rick Stein…”I know they look like lemons, but they are limes”.

Lemons are green and become yellow when ripe. Limes are yellow and go green when ripe.

…but lime green.

KIte surfing, from my seated observations at the beach, is very difficult, and could easily result in an arm being torn out. Those things are like airborne sharks.

But they certainly go fast.

Spotto the kite, which is, in a sense, a necessary part of this ‘vehicle’.
