gungahlin parking

BJ has sent in this one with the following note:

I know there’s been a lot of poor parking, but this one, in the Aldi carpark in Gungahlin, really caught my eye.

I’ve seen this quite a few times in this carpark.

Makes me wonder if there’s something wrong with the spaces?

and one has to wonder why someone so concerned with a ding would buy a ute to begin with… they are (ostensibly) designed to be abused, no?

Doesn’t mean you want some mouth breather damaging your property.

I see parking like this more as a reflection of society than the driver themselves. When you have to park like this just to avoid having your stuff ruined.

….then again, he/she could just be a jerk 🙂

doesn’t want anyone to ding the side of the ute when opening doors, etc.. still obnoxious but not so much poor parking as poor manners. and one has to wonder why someone so concerned with a ding would buy a ute to begin with… they are (ostensibly) designed to be abused, no?

TBH, does it matter? Its not like the car park is full…….

But he/she drives a dual-cab ute, therefore making the driver above all parking and road laws.

No, no trailer. Just an impressive display of small-time anarchy.

Nothing wrong with the spaces, however, the driver….

Give her a bit of slack!

It could have been this driver.

is there a trailer connected to that Ute??

This is a regular scene in what I assume is the staff section of the underground Aldi carpark. The driver like to take up to 3 spaces to park the white beast.

Awesome!

I think we need a wide shot for better context.
