The man will face the ACT Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday, 21 April) charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
Criminal Investigation detectives will allege the man, a staff member, sexually assaulted two vulnerable patients while they were receiving medical treatment at The Canberra Hospital.
