ACT Policing Criminal Investigations Fraud Detectives executed a number of search warrants yesterday (Thursday, September 1), relating to alleged forged documents submitted to ACT Planning and Land Authority (ACTPLA).
Police received a referral in March 2011 relating to planning documents that were submitted to ACTPLA that are alleged to have been falsified to indicate the plans were approved.
