Playing political games

Perusing the Legislative Assembly site I stumbled across a set of games based on ACT politics.

Unfortunately the games don’t seem to work in Firefox (and presumably Safari), so you’ll have to open up an Internet Explorer window to play them.

There’s a jigsaw puzzle with rotating pieces, a memory game that somehow scores you, a slider puzzle like those cheap plastic things you used to get in showbags and a mysterious whodunit based on Hansard, the aim of which is to find out the name of the Opposition Whip (but I suspect it was Stefaniak in the party room with a knife).

The jigsaw works, the memory game seems impossible to get much higher than the starting score and those slider puzzles always frustrate me no end (as a kid I used to just pull all the pieces out and put them back in correctly). The apparently most ambitious game, the whodunit, I couldn’t get to work past the first stage (the first answer may or may not be T).
