Oh not the youth of Canberra!

BAN TEENAGERS!

BAN HOODIES!

Can we just crack down on teenagers everywhere?

I love how they are always seeking ‘witnesses’ to events in the middle of the night in dodgy places like Haig park and underpasses in Erindale etc. Who would be mad enough to hang around their to witness these crimes.

Ahh well, there is obviously people around, otherwise there would be no one to rob would there …… Not to mention there is still people driving around that may have seen something.

“Dodgy” ? Haig park isn’t dodgy, some of the people that are there might be dodgy though.
There are also plenty of people walking through there at all times of day and night on their way home or to Civic that there could conceivably be witnesses.

Since they closed down the gay beat there and filled in the stormwater canal the dodginess is now just a distant memory.

Gee, teenagers wearing hoodies. Who would have thought it. That certainly narrows things down a bit…

I think the implications of this report are clear. A ban on the wearing of hoodies after midnight would have prevented this.
