1. They seemed to know what they were looking for:

ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a burglary in Richardson overnight in which four trail bikes and a bright yellow Holden Commodore utility were stolen.

Between 10:30pm last night (Thursday 17 June) and 7am today (Friday 18 June), unidentified offenders have gained entry to a residence in Rohan Street. They stole a laptop computer, and used keys to gain entry to the garage where they stole four trail bikes and the yellow utility.

The total value of the items stolen amounted to more than $46,000.

About 11:40am today, the stolen yellow utility was sighted and pursued by police in Conder, however the pursuit was terminated. The vehicle was later recovered in Bonython.

One of the trail bikes from the burglary has also been recovered; three are still missing. The missing bikes are a black and red Honda CRF50, a yellow Suzuki RMZ450 and a yellow Suzuki RMX250.

Anyone who may have seen any suspicious vehicles, persons or activity in Rohan Street Richardson overnight, or can assist police in this investigation is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via the website at www.act.crimestoppers.com.au . Information can be provided anonymously.
