1. Rider down – police hunt a dinged ute:

    ACT Policing’s Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team are investigating a serious collision which occurred around 7.55pm yesterday (Sunday 2 November).

    Police believe a blue or silver coloured utility was involved in the collision with a motorcycle at the intersection of Coulter Drive and John Cleland Crescent, Florey. The utility left the scene prior to police arrival.

    The motorcycle was travelling north on Coulter Drive when it collided with the utility. The collision has left the 20-year-old motorcycle rider with serious injuries.

    The utility will have damage to the rear of the right-hand-side (drivers-side), including damage to the tail-light.

Hmm nothing about a guy being hit by a car in Civic on Ballumbir St at one of the crossings on Sunday ?

At least that’s what it looked like had happened. It seemed under control when I drove past so didn’t stop.

Disgraceful! I hope the guy gets done for!

Nothing about a drunk wearing a pork-pie hat instead of a helmet while riding a bike on Saturday…? I’m both happy and concerned.
