And very gutsy of the lady behind the counter to think the firearm was a replica.

Assuming of course it was a decent replica and not a water pistol.

I was thinking exactly the same thing when I read this post. The young woman has done a brilliant job describing the man and the car – well done under such stressful circumstances.
Good on her for, not only being so observant, but for fighting him off at the same time. Very gutsy!

The young lady who foiled the abduction attempt is really observant; good detail about the type of ring, good description of car (including burns in the seat cover) etc… you go girl!

Cash Stop are the sort of scumbag business that loans money to the poor and financially illiterate with interest rates of 45%. I hope whoever tried to knock them over if caught gets a jury trial and I get to sit on that jury. NOT GUILTY.

No different to GE finance offering credit to all and sundry at ridiculous interest rates. At least places like Cash Stop are more legit than a dodgy loan shark.

because they don’t break your legs?

Yeah you know because you are forced to borrow from them.

I dunno,

when the electricity’s about to get cut off and no-one else will lend to me I reckon I’d be glad of businesses like that.

the interest rate reflects the high risk of their lending.

I saw all the police activity there as I was heading home- that explains that then.
