Porsche Crash on Lady Denman Drive This Morning

Hello,

Did anyone else see the crashed Porsche on Lady Denman, just up from the gravel car park this morning?

I don’t know much about Porsches, but it was grey and had a hard top, so it wasn’t a Boxster.

I passed it at around 8:30am.

The Passenger side of it was munched up.

Anyone know what happened? It was on a straight section of road… The only thing I can think of was that the driver was in the gravel carpark and might have gotten some wheel spin leaving it which caught up with him further down the road?

But I dunno.

I hope it was the one I’ve seen around with the rego plates “Our Toy”.

It wasn’t a bad story, it just needed a photo of the mashed porsche for us to all enjoy.

It was Lobster in the Porsche listening to the latest “Joe Hockey” Mix-Tape on his/her Ipod.

I blame Lobster for posting shit that nobody cares about.

or maybe he was driving past a couple of girls and they did that “little pecker” thing with the pinky and he got angry like that guy in Sydney.

maybe he was having road rage for paying too much for the pizza?

and probably slammed on the breaks to avoid the speed camera that was 10km down the road and lost control.

astrojax… you forget that he was driving home under the influence of a pizza that he paid too much for

how much more info do you want, lobster?? it was patently a ubiqitous porsche latterly seen in sydney and adelaide and driven into aliens posing as trees hoping to become part of the arbortoreum when john howard’s work choices chose to be union officials playing violent video games who subsequently lost control of the opposition leadership and were destroyed by speed cameras with built-in alien-hating anti-self government artillery. bloody obvious, innit?

Maybe nobody knows?

This sounds the most likely story:

“This is third hand info but I was told the driver of the porsche swerved to avoid hitting another car, lost control and hit two trees.

I don’t think you guys are taking my request for information seriously…

What a waste. The driver could have at least lost control of the car in Weston Park and cleaned up the SIEV-X memorial instead of a couple of trees.

I know what really happened. An alien landed last weekend in the nearby hills and authorities have been hunting it ever since. It all came to an end when the poor extraterrestrial being got wiped out by some wanker in a Porsche, thus creating RIOT ACT HISTORY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Are the trees OK?

I blame violent videogames

No Felix, it’s all John Howard’s fault, due to the global warming he caused (due to the lack of pirates) and the industrial relations reforms.

I thought it was John Stanhope’s fault…

The first rule of the crashed Porsche club : you do not talk about the crashed Porsche club…..

I blame all you guys for being complete idiots in coming up with hopeless stories.

We all know it was the teddy bears. Sheesh…

I blame union bosses

Well then…

I blame Greens policy of not chopping down trees.

This is third hand info but I was told the driver of the porsche swerved to avoid hitting another car, lost control and hit two trees.

Break the drivers legs. Clearly he needs that to be able to learn.

I blame speed cameras

I blame work choices

I blame global warming.

maybe damge done elsewhere, then towed by a stolen tow-truck and dumped to make it look like it was done there. and it is almost certainly that same porsche, sammy. i think i saw it in adelaide in july. has to be.

Just in case it’s not immediately obvious, my previous post was sufficiently laden with sarcasm.

I once saw a Porsche in Sydney. I’m not sure if it was grey, but it was certainly a dark colour. It had a roof as well, and it was quite hard. Perhaps it was that one?

Ingeegoodbee, I doubt the damage was done elsewhere.

I sw it too and both axles were broken and the side was completely smashed.

Looked nasty.

hmm I parked next to a silver hard top porshe yesterday in Dickson… I wonder if it was the same one? If so the guy didn’t seem like the type to drive like a moron (but you can never tell these days!).

Ingeegoodbee3:26 pm 20 Nov 07

If it was a stolen car the damage may have been done elsewhere and then it was abandoned where you spotted it. Porsche’s have a rather beguiling habit of punishing the timid driver who back’s off in a corner after going in hard.

Bugger. Hope it can be fixed.
