Raiders Holden Cup Team:

Looks like the Raiders Holden Cup team has caught the first grade disease (you know going through the motions not really trying to win) 18 nil against Penrith before I switched off, that was before half time.

Don’t think Ricky Stewart could do anything with that mob or the first grade crew given Rick’s credentials they will probably finish near the bottom of the ladder next year anyway.

Every side Ricky has coached has gone nowhere quick.

So we can close the door on another awful session and now it’s likely a couple more as well.

To be fair, Roosters did go downhill under Ricky Stuart. Premiership, to runners up, to 9th, to 14th.

Cronulla 11th, 3rd, 15th.

Parramatta 16th (and played worse than the previous year where they also ran last).

He may prove me wrong, but Ricky has shown he can coach a star-studded team to a premiership, but can do little else. To pay him 1 million a year is madness.

Panthers were favourites for the premiership and the Raiders 20’s played pretty well after a slow start.

And you obviously haven’t watched much Holden Cup if you think being down 18 points is an insurmountable lead.
In the other prelim, the Warriors were up 16-0early then down 28-16at half time. Defence isn’t really a strength of these young teams.

How about you actually wait to see how Ricky goes before posting these pointless rants?

Every side? Other than the Roosters team he coached to a premiership, of course.

Given that you have ridden them off before a single minute has been played (before the current season has even finished!), I assume you’re not going to watch any games next year.

I look forward to your angry rants after Raiders losses in the 2014 season. Likewise, I’ll happily note your lack of RiotACT activity after they win matches.
