My husband badly sprained his ankle a couple of weeks ago and is now at the point of needing some treatment and advice from a physio. Does anyone have any recommendations? We live in Flynn so ideally on the North side but he would be willing to travel for the right person/clinic.

Many thanks!

I second ‘Oldkent’ – West Belconnen Physiotherapy and Injury Care. Patrick is very qualified and operates from a house in Lance Hill Avenue, Dunlop – parking right at the door. His contact details are;
Landline: 02 6259 8304
Mobile: 61 418 881 439
Email: dunlopphysio@gmail.com

Patrick at West Belconnen Physiotherapy and Injury Care is very knowledgeable, professional and easy going. He is in Dunlop which would work well for you.

My GP recommended my son to the University of Canberra physio clinic. He was seen by a final year student under supervision several times, and it only cost $20 per visit.
The advice and treatment were spot on. But they only work limited hours which can make getting a time-convenient appointment a bit difficult.

After a couple of knee recons and numerous other niggles, I can’t recommend TM Physio more highly.
The three different physios I’ve seen there were all super knowledgeable and friendly.
The clinic was straight under the Canberra Orthopedic Group (before the big bust up) so dealt with heaps of post-op rehab and ongoing recovery type stuff, so have plenty of experience when it comes to lower body stuff.
Also, they used to do a discounted first consultation if you booked online. You’ll have to see if they still do that.
