The ABC is confirming, after last week’s confusion, that ACT ALP Secretary Bill Redpath resigned on Saturday after just six months in the role.

An ALP committee is now working on a temporary replacement while the party figures out who’s going run the show.

Can anyone shed some light on what this episode is all about?

Redpath appears fairly tame, so what feathers has he ruffled?

Is it simply local Labor being Machiavellian?

They announced this morning on the radio that David Tansey will be his replacement.
