I dont think its racism. Its selfish, but its not racist.

Racist is ‘you cannot come here because you arent the same as me; but if you are the same as me then thats ok’. This is not the policy.

Selfish is ‘you cannot come here, regardless of who you are or where you live, because you will degrade my way of life’.

Albeit that the element of the Stable Population Party policy which is ‘do not encourage breeding through subsidies’ is arguably not as selfish as the element of the policy which is ‘I’m sorry that you overseas do not live in a nice place, but you arent getting to live in my nice place’.
