ACT Policing is seeking witnesses to a burglary in Rivett on Saturday afternoon (November 12).
Around 12.10pm police were called to a residence in Santalum Street after a witness saw two men exit the house with several items.
Police attended the residence and were unable to locate the offenders. At closer inspection police observed that someone had forced entry to the property.
After speaking to the residents upon their return police were told an estimated value of $25,000 worth of property had been stolen. Among the items stolen were three pure bred Toy Pomeranian puppies.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed suspicious activity in Santalum Street, Rivett on Saturday afternoon or who may know the whereabouts of the Toy Pomeranian puppies to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers website on www.act.crimestoppers.com.au.
