The ACT Government wishes to advise that Ipswich Street in Fyshwick, between Barrier Street and Canberra Avenue, will be closed for resealing today, Sunday 14 December 2014.
Following consultation with local businesses, the work has been scheduled for a Sunday so as to minimise inconvenience.
The following alternative routes will be in place between 7 am and 5 pm:
- Westbound traffic on Barrier Street will be diverted right onto Ipswich Street
- Southbound traffic on Ipswich Street will be diverted left onto Barrier Street
- Access to two service stations on Ipswich Street will be available via the respective service roads from the Canberra Avenue service road and Wiluna Street.
