The second offender was described as wearing a black hooded jumper, gloves and blue tracksuit pants with a white stripe down the side.

No one was injured during the attempted robbery and no money was stolen.

Wouldn’t it be easier just to say “both offenders were wearing the bogan uniform”?

Inevitably, the getaway car was a white Commodore of course.

What sort of pole? There’s been a long metal pole painted white that was finally ripped off a vandalised crash barrier nearby that had been moved every so often to end up against someone’s back fence. It’s maybe two metres long though, a bit unwieldy for robbery.

“One of the men armed with a pole” Thats pretty serious. I used to live lext door to some Polish people and they could be very violent, I think damaged from WW2

I went back to the OP trying to find where it said anything about their ethnic origins and was about to start a rant about racist generalisations etc.

Then my slow brain finally got it. Hehe! Good one…

“One of the men was armed with a pole”. Doesn’t that apply to all men? 😉

I guess that depends on whether the pole in question is “angry” at the time?
