Rodb McQueen McQuade back at the Brumbies

~~Just heard on the radio that the founding Brumbies mentor Rod McQueen is back on board as team manager.~~

~~There might be issues for such an astute and successful former coach giving a new coach room to breathe.~~

~~But who can say so to quality throughout the brains trust?~~

UPDATED: One of those days where we just have to admit being totally wrong.

The Brumbies website informs us that it’s one Rob McQuade taking over.

“McQuade joins the CA Brumbies after fulfilling the role of General Manager – Commercial Operations for the Sydney Cricket & Sports Ground Trust since 2002.”

Congratulations on one of the neatest, quickest and frankest corrections ever sighted. I may still giggle (after feeling the crushing sensation of knowing now that there is no Second Coming for the Great Man), but I respect the correction.
