Rolling the Spence 7-11 at 4am

ACT Policing is investigating an aggravated robbery which occurred in Spence this morning (Saturday, August 17).

About 4.30am a man entered the 7-11 store on Clarey Crescent Spence armed with a large kitchen knife.

He threatened staff, demanding cash and cigarettes. The staff member complied, giving the offender a sum of cash and a quantity of cigarettes. The offender fled on foot.

Police attended and searched the surrounding area but were unable to locate the offender. Police will analyse CCTV footage of the incident.

The man was described as being of African descent and about 6’0” (183cm) tall. He was wearing a black jacket, grey pants and black gloves.

The cops caught the last group of knife wielders. It was a group of 15 or so year olders.

Again? Did they end up getting the last bloke who rolled it?

Speaking of getting rolled, my landlord’s 12 y/o son and mate were riding home from school in Melba a couple of weeks ago and were allegedly bailed up by 2 blokes with a meat cleaver for a kids bike. It’s in the hands of police now, and apparently they are aware of the blokes involved.
