Following a brief but interesting capaign, the Canberra Liberals have announced Mrs Winnifred (gotta love that name) Rosser as their new President. Unlike her other candidates she has a relatively clean history, including work with the National Museum & the ACT Hertiage Council. Just a pity that such a nice person has been a member of the Canberra Liberals for 12 years.
