Royal Visit, send in the pix and vid.

By johnboy - 19 October 2011 4

So tonight she arrives. Even if you’re over all the royal fluff there comes a moment for most when an inner voice shouts: “Holy Crap! It’s The Queen”.

So if you do get a picture of the royal visit we’d love to run a page on it, just send them in to images@the-riotact.com

Please include the handle you’d like credited or I’ll just use your first name.

Thanks in advance to everyone who contributes!

What’s Your opinion?

Here’s the shameless hypocrite Andrew “I’m too good to hang out with the Queen” Barr on Zimbio, AVEC Her Majesty after all …

+1 I-filed. I’ve never understood this thing about dissing the Queen. I’m a strong republican, but given the system we currently have I reckon the Queen has done a damn fine job – way better than that done by most of the policians who supposedly represent us.

“Rude and unfit for office” tag surely goes to Andrew Barr, quoted on ABC 666 this morning as having said he had better things to do with his time than accompany the Queen on her official visit around Floriade. You’d think she would get credit for looking engaged with a crowd of schoolkids at the end of an air journey half way round the world at age 85.
And no doubt 666’s Louise Maher regrets writing a surly piece on ABC’s The Drum yesterday – not one good word to say about Her Maj.
