Samuel Gordon-Stewart launches political career

Shock horror it was our former very-own Samuel Gordon-Stewart who helped lead the save Dickson College rally on Thursday night.

I saw him – loud speaker and all – rallying the troops at Dickson on Win’s Friday news. The scary thing is that he sounded rational and appealing 🙂

Stanhope’s government is history with Samuel taking up the fight against them!.

Hmmm, perhaps this is the start of Sam’s political career???

High five Sam, cheers for you for sticking your neck out for the liitle people.

It’s not a shock, nor a horror that SGS may wish to persue a political career kimba. The fact that he’s prepared to get off his ass to represent a cause already puts him way ahead of most of our current political representatives.

As the Lurker said, it’s not time to start a SGS debate here, nor is it appropriate.

If Samuel was to lead a political party it would have to be Fascist-leaning if the totalitarian-style censorship that prevails on his site and his summary execution of long time contributors is any indication!

Sure some of the comments made were inane, but in many cases you were reaping what you were sowing – blockbusting exposes like a new design for the Black and Gold cut price grocery range labelling got a string of deservedly nuts replies.

I would post this observation on your site, but from what I can see, there is no point registering to comment because the only people who are welcome to participate are those who share your bizarre, narrow minded and naive views of the world.

I used to check in daily just to read the comments as they were a breath of fresh air, but now your site is deadly dull!

Thanks for clarifying that LG. There was a few minutes during the rally where people were just grabbing the megaphone and adding their two cents worth. I wouldn’t have done it if somebody else had mentioned the specialty programs that Dickson runs.

Just for the record, I didn’t get an email about the rally, I heard about it on the radio and checked the details with a teacher at Dickson (that was the only email I received about it).

I’m happy that WIN decided to run a few seconds of my “speech”, but I wasn’t there for the cameras, I was there to support Dickson College.

He didn’t “lead the rally”. He may have grabbed the mike, but he had nothing to do with organising the rally. He got the same e-mail the rest of us did, and just forwarded it on, and put it on some websites.

Now get over it, and lets not start yet another SGS debate here. It’s getting old.
