ACT Policing’s Criminal Investigations Detectives have arrested a second person, a 22-year-old man from Calwell, for the aggravated robbery in Red Hill last week.
Police will allege two men assaulted and robbed a 24-year-old man at a block of units in Discovery Street around 4pm last Tuesday (April 12). The alleged offenders demanded the victim’s money and keys and fled with a sum of cash.
The second man was arrested yesterday afternoon, and was charged with aggravated robbery (in company) and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He will face the ACT Magistrate’s Court this morning (Wednesday, April 20), where bail will be opposed.
