And it is an offence to drive a vehicle displaying L plates when it is not being driven by someone with a learner’s permit.

Except that section 24(2) of the Road Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulation 2000 says that a vehicle owned or operated by a driving instructor is exempt from the requirement to only display L plates when a Learner Driver is in the vehicle.
Still crappy parking though!

Miss Hoover: I didn’t know we could do that!

On another note. Take it easy on learners Canberra. Learners do make mistakes and then learn from the mistakes. Just in case you wernt aware…That’s why there is a big yellow and black L on the car.

I hope you pay more attention to driving than you do to posts on RA.

The point of this post which has obviously escaped you is that the instructor (not the student) parked like this. They are an instructor, not an L plater, that is why there is a big magnet on the door advertising their business.

“It’s okay, I’m a teacher!”

That rules out Mr Gillespie then…

So we meet again blue Getz driving instructor. Last observed barely doing 70 in a 100 zone (and it was the instructor that time too).
